customer service was very accommodating Jan 24, 2012
By Rachel Ngo i was informed right after i placed my order that there would be a delay in the shipment of my order. since i was not very much in a hurry to receive my order and more importantly, the seller also offered a shipping refund, the shipping delay was not that of a big deal to me. as to the product itself, i find the bag's material (made in india) to be a bit thin. hope it can withstand at least a few kilos.
