The first thing I am impressed about is that handwritten in pencil on my order form was "Thanks !!" from the someone in the company. It shows they really care about the customer. The pentacle pendulum is beautiful. The 7 chakra stones were a perfect fit. Packaging wasn't perfect but the product is awesome. I love it! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful pendulum.

Since the day I ordered this item (11.29.11) I kept refreshing my inbox hoping to see a "shipped" email. Once the email arrived I kept refreshing the tracking information lol. Today I ran downstairs to my mailbox and pulled out this little white envelope. I ran up 3 flights of stairs to the kitchen to cut it open. I was a little surprised at the size (my own fault, I ordered MOBILE lol) but I am so happy! I quickly went and washed the stones and set them in the window to charge, come back to the package and there is a happy little "Thanks!!" hand written in pencil on my invoice! Also a lovely instructional card which will be very helpful.

Overall I am thoroughly pleased with the purchase
